My role as a Digital Strategist is to see the big picture and connect the gaps between your business, technology and your customers. While technology plays a critical role in today’s business, my specialty is the software and how it is used to manage communications both inside and outside your business.  I rely on customized customer relationship management and marketing tools to create an ethical data trail that helps a brand develop and maintain better relationships.

My priority is to help bring a customer-centric experience into focus. I do this through a keen awareness of people, their personalities and behavior patterns that provide touchpoints.  I then help you connect these touchpoints using technology and automations to respond and adjust to your audience through their decisional journey and help you intelligently grow your business.

With over 30 years Marketing, Communications and Management experience, navigating human engagement in a digital platform has become a career I thoroughly enjoy.  I particularly love observing how the creative and technical solutions come together.  I have worked beside and supervised some amazing professionals who inspire the creativity within me.  I have a “what did we learn from this experience?” approach which means I continually seek improvements and adapt with the needs of both technology and market response.  Brands that work with me are more sensitive to the individual needs of their customer, achieve better long-term brand loyalty, and have greater rates of customer return.
