She has effectively utilized her fascination with human behavior to create more efficient and effective communication strategies for brands in both the B2B and B2C markets. Using IT logic she creates automated processes that build better connections and establish measurable steps in digital conversations that result in a more effective advertising investment and opportunity for effective conversion performance.
As a Digital Strategist, she collaborates with businesses and marketing teams sharing her knowledge of conversational logic. She has been most successful in refining communications to be inclusive of both unique audiences but also placing greater focus on emotional intelligence and how to achieve greater value from marketing budgets. Between consulting opportunities, she supports the family-run marketing solutions company, Golden Services Group, LLC, as a Digital Strategist, and often advises their team on the development of websites, workflows and CRM integrations.
Julia has developed tools and methods for reading and anticipating an audience, and shares this information through seminars, workshops and online training programs. She currently sits on the Web Development and Multimedia Advisory Board at St. Charles Community College where she consults with Department Chairs on the curriculum needed to prepare students for jobs and, has been an Adjunct Instructor on web development and digital marketing topics, and Student Advisor for students seeking jobs in her field. Through this relationship, she often mentors students on seeking jobs in Technology, particularly in the Digital Marketing and Web Development fields.
